Step by step
- Open Ask Mindi in the teacher menu, or use the floating teacher chat.
- Choose Teaching for lesson planning and pedagogy, or Platform for help using MentorMind.
- Choose Upload files beside the speech and language controls. On a narrow screen, look for the upload icon.
- Attach up to 5 files, each up to 4 MB: PDF, DOCX, TXT, JPG/JPEG, PNG or WEBP. Wait for each upload to finish.
- Add your question and send. Check Mindi’s interpretation against your original material.
Things to check
- Word .docx files can include embedded pictures. Convert legacy .doc files to .docx or PDF.
- Remove a failed attachment and retry that file after checking its format and size.
- Remove attachments before starting a teacher live conversation.
