Step by step
- Open the Mindi chat from the floating Mindi button and choose the Whiteboard button (pen icon) beside Attach file.
- Pick Pen, Highlighter, a shape, or Text and maths. Choose a colour and Thin, Medium or Thick.
- To correct work, choose Eraser, then Pixel to rub out part of a stroke or Stroke to remove whole strokes. Undo and Redo work for every change.
- Optionally type a question for Mindi, then choose Send to Mindi.
- Read Mindi’s feedback, reopen the whiteboard and send again as your working develops.
Things to check
- The highlighter starts yellow and keeps its own colour; the pen keeps its ink colour.
- Write clearly: Mindi reads the image, so faint or overlapping writing can be misread.
- The image counts towards the 10-attachment limit; remove an attachment if the board will not send.
- Closing the whiteboard does not save the board separately; send it first.
